18th Annual NEGA Trauma Conference

Participants will learn to apply ethical decision-making models to complex, real-world challenges in trauma treatment, including issues related to confidentiality, mandated reporting, and professional boundaries. They will also develop greater awareness of countertransference and vicarious trauma and their impact on clinical judgment and client care, while strengthening skills in ethical documentation and risk management, including responding to subpoenas and meeting legal and professional obligations.
